This paper explores the conceptual and practical aspects of integrating artificial intelligence into the university ecosystem to intellectualize pedagogical workflows. The study is motivated by the escalating administrative and teaching pressure on faculty, alongside the urgent need to automate repetitive educational tasks during the broader digital shift in higher learning. The primary objective is to evaluate how prepared academic staff are for AI adoption and to pinpoint key variables that dictate the use of intelligent systems in learning management and student assessment. Drawing on a quantitative survey of university educators and educational analytics, the research highlights a strong sense of professional receptivity toward AI. However, while there is a clear demand for predictive tools and advanced training, the findings also underscore significant structural and methodological bottlenecks that hinder full-scale implementation.
