This study investigates the influence of the Received Total Wideband Power (RTWP) level on the performance characteristics of the uplink channel in mobile communication networks. Particular attention is given to the relationship between RTWP, the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio, and the indicators of channel capacity and radio link stability. The paper presents a detailed analysis of the radio interface based on the observation of base station parameters and the temporal dynamics of the received total wideband power (RTWP). The study, relying on experimental data, identifies the impact of interference on critical network performance metrics and evaluates the effectiveness of mitigation measures. The author proposes a hybrid monitoring strategy that integrates automated analysis of key network performance indicators with instrumental radio monitoring. The experimental results demonstrate that RTWP monitoring can serve as one of the most informative methods for timely diagnostics of service quality in modern wireless communication networks.
