Annotation:

In this article, the author proposes new ways to develop the connection between science and production and the implementation of scientific and technical results based on a system for managing research and development (R&D) in the Republic of Tajikistan. The schematically developed R&D management system, financed from the state budget of the Republic of Tajikistan, includes six stages: planning, financing, execution and accounting of R&D, monitoring the creation and use of intellectual property (RID) results, and analyzing R&D effectiveness.
