Annotation:

This article analyzes the nature and structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for regional investment management in the construction sector of the Republic of Tajikistan. The key parameters of the research object are examined, in particular, the volume of investment in the regional construction industry and the share of construction investments in the region's total investment volume. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the country's regional investment policies, instruments for stimulating investment activity, challenges in implementing investment projects, and areas for improving the mechanism, taking into account the socioeconomic conditions of Tajikistan. The role of institutional, financial, and regulatory elements in the effective management of construction investments at the regional level is determined. The study was conducted using statistical analysis methods and systems and institutional approaches to the analysis of regional management.
