This article examines the impact of transport and logistics connectivity on the formation and realization of the transit potential of the Republic of Tajikistan in the context of regional integration among Central Asian countries. The theoretical foundations of transport connectivity, the concept of transit potential, and the characteristics of landlocked countries are considered. The structural features of Tajikistan’s transport system, the dynamics of the Logistics Performance Index (LPI), and institutional constraints to development are analyzed. The necessity of transitioning from fragmented infrastructure development to a systematic model of regional logistics integration is substantiated.
