Annotation:

This article examines the improvement of labor standardization systems in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. It substantiates the role of labor standards as a key element of human resource management, ensuring the rational use of labor resources and increasing work efficiency. Modern digital technologies used in labor standardization are analyzed, including PLM and ERP systems, working time monitoring technologies, and RPA solutions. It is shown that their application contributes to increased accuracy in establishing labor standards, automation of management processes, and reduction of labor costs for information processing. Particular attention is paid to the integration of digital production management systems and the creation of a unified information environment for labor standardization. Interstate approaches to the development of labor standards within the CIS in the context of digitalization are analyzed. It is concluded that digital transformation is a key factor in increasing the effectiveness of labor standardization systems and improving labor process management at enterprises.
