This article examines the impact of digital transformation on the economic security of construction companies. Key digital solutions—BIM technologies, process automation, intelligent monitoring systems, and digital project management platforms–that help reduce financial, operational, and administrative risks are analyzed. International and domestic experience with successful digitalization is examined, including the Republic of Tajikistan's efforts to create a digital economy and develop the construction industry. Digital transformation is viewed as a sustainability factor encompassing not only process automation but also the transformation of business models, corporate culture, and strategic management. To assess the level of digitalization in the construction industry, a comparative analysis of key indicators across various countries was conducted, identifying differences in the integration of digital technologies and existing barriers to implementation. Successful implementation of digital technologies requires a comprehensive approach and coordination at all management levels, which is especially important for countries with developing digital economies. The study offers practical recommendations for increasing the stability, transparency, and economic security of construction organizations in the digital economy.
