Annotation:

The article is devoted to the analysis of investment mechanisms for the digital transformation of industry in the Republic of Tajikistan in modern conditions. Institutional aspects of capital attraction, government support measures, and structural barriers to financing digital initiatives are examined. The study substantiates the position that investments in digital technologies play a decisive role in improving efficiency, optimizing resource use, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Special attention is paid to the study of changes in industrial structures, state investment policy, and opportunities for the growth of export-oriented sectors in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
