Based on the previously obtained closed systems of the equation of generalized hydrodynamics for liquid systems consisting of rigid molecules of arbitrary shape, the dynamic processes of mass and momentum transfer in simple and complex asymmetric liquids are investigated. It is revealed that the account of rotational degrees of freedom and the orientation of nonspherical molecules in space contribute to the appearance of additional transfer coefficients and elasticity modules in complex liquid systems. Analytical expressions have been determined, numerical calculations have been performed, and the properties of some of these additional transport parameters related to the non-sphericity of molecules in different types of liquids have been analyzed. It is shown that the dependence of the general and additional transport parameters on changes in the thermodynamic state parameters and the frequency of external disturbance is qualitatively the same.
Keywords: molecular-statistical theory, asymmetric liquids, transport and relaxation phenomena, diffusion, viscosity, elasticity modules.
