Annotation:

The present work dwells on the investigation of the influence of amassed heavy metals on the physico-chemical properties of the leaves of an amaranthus (Amaranthus) collected in the Sughd region by the method of IR- spectroscopy and florescent analysis. We elicited the presence of hydroxyl, methyl-methylene, and other groups in biomolecules of natural compounds. There are observed the shifts of absorption stripes maximums, alterations of optical densityand absorption of demiwidth of stripes. It is established that heavy metals affect biomaterial interactions of functional groups, physico-chemical properties and formation of a molecular structure of e biomaterial.

Keywords: intermolecular interactions, infra-red spectroscopy, heavy metals, X-ray fluorescence analysis, amaranthus, functional group.
