Annotation: 

The paper presents the results of density determination and X-ray phase analysis of limestone rock from two samples of the deposit in the Nurabad regions of the Republic of Tajikistan. Experimental values of the average sample densities by hydrostatic weighing are presented. It is shown that the studied samples are ores consisting of calcite and dolomite with an admixture of quartz. The results of the X-ray phase analysis of the samples show that this deposit can be used to produce calcites and dolomites for the production of building materials and chemical industry products.
