This article is devoted to the analysis of the impact of digitalization of passenger transport in the city of Dushanbe and the effectiveness of its use. Digitalization of transport systems provides opportunities to improve technical and operational performance effectively manage traffic schedules and regulate the load on transport. It shows that the introduction of digital technologies contributes to an increase in speed, vehicle utilization and service efficiency. This research has practical implications for policy development, management and improvement of public transport infrastructure.
