This article is dedicated to the analysis of passenger flows within the public transport network of Dushanbe. The study covers 70 public transport routes, including buses, trolleybuses, and minibuses, and was conducted based on data from more than 4000 observation logs. The article presents a mathematical and matrix model for passenger distribution across stops and time intervals. Key performance indicators were calculated, such as the capacity utilization coefficient (CUC), passenger turnover rate (PTR), flow irregularity (FI), average passenger trip distance per cycle (APD), and average load value per cycle (ALV) [2,3]. The analysis results enable the identification of both efficient and inefficient routes, providing scientific recommendations for schedule optimization and service quality enhancement.
