The article examines the process of propagation of population waves in extreme regimes, which are described by a second-order partial differential equation with constant coefficients. When finding a solution to a model equation, differential operators, a system of redefined equations, and initial conditions are used. The solutions are presented in an exponential class and explicitly. Next, for the process under consideration, creating a program in the C++ programming language, we will perform a numerical calculation and a graphic illustration.

Keywords: differential equation, mathematical modeling, population waves, initial conditions, redefined system, model equation, differential operators, matching equation, extreme modes, programming, graphic illustration.
